Hitachi Construction Machinery Group is aiming to resolve environmental issues and achieve both a higher quality of life and a sustainable society through its Social Innovation Business in collaborative creation with its stakeholders.

To realize “Decarbonized Society”, “Resource Efficient Society” and “Harmonized Society with Nature”, Hitachi Construction Machinery Group has established “Action Guidelines for Environmental Conservation” as a basic policy for environmental activities, and is promoting initiatives based on these.

We work to reduce emissions at the “use” stage, which accounts for more than 90% of greenhouse gas emissions throughout the product life cycle, along with reductions at our own “production” stage.
