Hitachi Construction Machinery Americas Hosted the 2025 Dealer Meeting

Our North American Hitachi Dealers convened at our headquarters in Georgia to engage in discussions and strategies aimed at driving future growth.

The week opened with an award ceremony honoring dealers for achievements during the 2024 fiscal year. These included the dealer with the highest market share in their respective territory, the dealers with the biggest deals per volume and dollar amount, and the dealer with the best marketing campaigns. During the award ceremony, four Hitachi Construction Machinery employees were also honored by the dealers for their outstanding support. The Chairman, Hidehiko Matsui, presented the Chairman Award to Chappell Tractor, a dealer based in the Northeastern United States, in recognition of their exceptional performance representing the Hitachi brand.

Matsui expressed his appreciation, noting, “Chappell Tractor recently invested in a new facility to grow their sales and support our organization. They also offer us constructive feedback, through which we have been able to establish a strong relationship that supports the growth of both Chappell and Hitachi Construction Machinery.” Throughout the week’s meeting sessions, discussions were held with dealers across seven key themes: Construction Machinery, Compact Machinery, Parts & Service, Rental & Used, Finance, Marketing, and National Accounts/Government sales. These discussions provided Hitachi Construction Machinery Americas an opportunity to engage in constructive and meaningful conversation aimed at aligning mutual expectations in the current market and building strategies for continued growth.
