If you’re looking for a smaller, easy-to-maneuver machine with the efficiency, reliability and durability you’ve come to expect from our larger excavators, this is it. The Hitachi ZX245USLC-6 HP is an ultrashort excavator that helps you maximize productivity without sacrificing fuel economy.

Highlights

PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS

ADVANCED HYDRAULICS: The TRIAS II hydraulic system reduces hydraulic loss. HP Mode increases engine speed and pump output torque, resulting in one of the fastest and most powerful machines available.
VERSATILE CONTROLS: Auxiliary function lever (AFL) includes a trigger switch, a horn switch and an analog switch that can be used for various attachments, like a breaker.
STRONG STRUCTURE AND UNDERCARRIAGE: The bushing on the upper roller has been strengthened. The sliding surface of the bearing that supports the front idler has been significantly enlarged. The size of the X-beam has been increased.
EASY MAINTENANCE: Engine and coolant levels can be checked from cab. Covers around the DOC, SCR and the muffler are designed to open up more widely.
COMFORTABLE CAB: Short stroke control levers reduce strain when working long hours. A large, easy-to-use multifunctional screen provides access to all key operating information.
DURABLE BOOM/ARM: The boom end and boom foot have been strengthened with bushings installed in the brackets.
