We will develop hydraulic excavators and wheel excavators, which are the main products of the Hitachi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. Group.
This company will be responsible for the development of the driver's cabin, frame, welded structure, etc., as well as the development of the entire body.
In addition, we will also have a department dedicated to various simulation analyses and will carry out a series of development work in India.

Development of hydraulic excavators

We will proceed with development using the same 3D CAD and development tools as the Japan development center.
By connecting to the Japan's development center via the Internet, we will proceed with development in real time while sharing drawings and technical information.
Therefore, all development contents such as structural design, layout design, heat balance, noise, operability, etc. will be carried out.
We will also develop the cabin, including exterior, interior, ROPS cab, and air conditioning design.
We will design the monitors, body circuits, and harnesses for electrical as well. and the structure, the front, track frame, and undercarriage parts also.
We will have the organization so that it can perform the same level of analysis as Japan's development center.
We perform not only linear analysis of stress analysis but also nonlinear analysis such as heat balance, noise, and fluid analysis.
