Charitable Donations

At HCMUK, charity embodies our core values of integrity and people, reflecting our belief in supporting communities and enabling our team to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Since 2020, we have been proud to have donated £80,000 to national charities and organisations chosen by our staff. We have donated a share of £20,000 to 9 nominated charities each year. This initiative has always been close to our hearts and is something we have continued to do this year, committing to share £20,000, with all recipients, as always, selected by our team.

In 2023, we supported 18 community groups within our communities nationwide with either voluntary hours of monetary donations. Our Volunteering Policy allows for one paid working day to support any charity or organisation that operates within our communities.

Team Building

We host an annual team building event for all our colleagues across the UK to get to know each other in a relaxed and fun environment. We also have a ‘Team Social Fund’ - funding is available to departmental teams to encourage socialisation, relationship building and communication amongst our colleagues.
