Update on our Northern Operations
As part of our commitment to delivering outstanding service, we are preparing to consolidate our Wakefield and Warrington depot activities into a single, modernised location by Spring 2026. This planned investment will enable us to improve the service and support to customers across the region.
Our future Northern depot will allow us to:
- Access upgraded facilities and infrastructure
- Enhance customer service levels and overall responsiveness
- Expand our capabilities through specialist workshops
- Offer Used Equipment
We are investing in enhanced local support. Our customer Support Representatives (CSR) and Product Support Managers (PSM) will continue to operate across the region, with increased focus on on-site customer assistance whenever you need it.
Looking ahead, we plan to expand and enhance our supply and delivery solutions, including improved standards you reply on today, while building the capacity and capability needed to support your business even better in the future.
