A variety of Hitachi mini excavators are on display this summer at several UK agricultural shows. The ZX19U-6, ZX26U-6 and ZX48U-6, and the new compact ZX95USB-7, will be presented at the events by Hitachi Construction Machinery (UK) (HCMUK), as well as a selection of customer machines from each local area.
Diary dates
Next up on the summer tour is the Great Yorkshire Show (8-11 July) in Harrogate, followed by the Royal Lancashire Show in Ribchester (18-20 July), the Black Isle Show in Scotland (7 August) and finally, England’s oldest open-air agricultural event, the Wolsingham Show (6-7 September).
Making connections
“It’s important for HCMUK to be seen at these types of events so people know who we are, and how our machines can support their businesses,” says Abbi Kearney, Marketing and Communications Manager, HCMUK. “It’s also a great opportunity to connect with prospective customers and show them what we have to offer.”
The summer has got off to a busy start and the team from HCMUK has already exhibited at shows in Northumberland, Cornwall, Cheshire and Norfolk. “They all had good footfall and gave us some strong leads – some of which have turned into sales,” adds Abbi. “It has been an encouraging start to the events season!”
