Hitachi Construction Machinery (Europe) has launched an innovative all-in-one fleet management system called LANDCROS Connect. Presented at Bauma 2025, it has been designed to streamline operations for customers with mixed fleets by providing instant access to performance data from Hitachi machinery, as well as other brands.
Better job-site management
LANDCROS Connect users enjoy a bird’s-eye view of their fleet. They can easily create job sites and geofences to analyse productivity. The operation of machines at each site can easily be compared to ensure the optimal utilisation and allocation of equipment.
It is the perfect platform for medium- to large-scale construction, civil engineering and rental companies that own hundreds of machines and work across multiple job sites. Organising data by project, site or other requirements enables overall operational management and analysis through easy-to-understand graphs and tables. Generating custom fleet reports – including idling time, fuel consumption and CO2 emissions – provides valuable insights that support smarter decision-making.
Easy integration
LANDCROS Connect can be accessed using a smartphone or tablet and is available in more than 30 languages. It also integrates with Hitachi’s existing Global e-Service and ConSite solutions. For example, if ConSite issues an alarm, the information will be displayed on the LANDCROS Connect dashboard. This allows an organisation to track machines and promptly respond to any issues, minimising unscheduled downtime.
Users of the previous Solution Linkage CONNECT can seamlessly continue their operations on LANDCROS CONNECT, as the platform remains consistent in functionality and experience.
Solutions beyond machinery
“We have evolved from being solely an equipment manufacturer to becoming a comprehensive solution provider,” says Pooja Gupta, HCME Product Manager Solution Linkage. “By adopting new technologies and digital tools – and utilising them in the correct way – owners and operators can work with greater precision, productivity and ease.”
In addition to launching LANDCROS Connect, HCME has upgraded a number of its digital solutions aimed at improving fleet and operational management.
