2H FY2014 Environment Policy Division Meeting
On February 20, 2015, Hitachi Construction Machinery held the 2H FY2014 Environment Policy Division Meeting at its headquarters. The General Manager of the Environment Policy Division, members of the Environment Policy Division, and representatives from group companies participated in the meeting, putting total attendance at 23 people. Environmental activity results and forecasts for FY2014, and the FY2015 Environmental Action Plan were approved at this meeting.
Proposals for major indicators to be incorporated in the HCM Group’s Environmental Action Plan were made based on the Medium-term Environmental Plan and environmental goals set at each group company. These goals and environmental measures were discussed at this meeting. In addition, reporting and discussions on environmental topics, including recent environmental trends and laws and regulations, were also carried out.
