The Pride of Being Involved in Every Step of the Remanufacturing Process

One of the most rewarding aspects of the remanufacturing business is that we can complete the entire process—collecting parts from around the world, disassembling, assembling, testing, painting, and shipping—all within a single division. I also find it rewarding that this business is recognized as a vital part of Hitachi Construction Machinery’s operations. Currently, a major challenge lies in human resource development and the transfer of technical expertise. We are exploring better methods of training new employees in on-site settings as they join our team.
