"ConSite Mine" remotely monitors the condition of large hydraulic shovels and rigid dump trucks, providing customers' maintenance personnel, sales representatives, and service personnel with monthly "Scheduled Reports" via email and smartphone app, notifying them of the machines' operational status. Additionally, it issues two types of reports: "Scheduled Reports" issued monthly to inform about the machines' operational status, and "Alarm Reports" issued promptly whenever various sensors detect abnormalities in the machinery.

ConSite Data Report
We provide two types of reports: a 'Monthly Report' which notifies maintenance personnel, sales representatives, and other service personnel via email and smartphone app about the operational status of the machine once a month, and an 'Alarm Report' which promptly informs about any machine abnormalities detected by various sensors.

Load Index
The function to predict cracks in the boom and arm.
Utilizing the onboard sensors integrated into our large hydraulic excavators and leveraging AI alongside Hitachi Construction Machinery's proprietary stress analysis technology, we can analyze the cumulative load on the welded structures of the boom and arm during excavation, enabling us to predict crack occurrence. While conventional methods involve retrofitting strain sensors and other devices to detect cracks, our approach facilitates timely maintenance, inspections, and operational guidance based on the condition of the welded structures before cracks manifest.
Operation Data Recorder
In the event of potentially hazardous conditions such as sudden tilting of the large hydraulic shovel body that could lead to accidents, the vehicle data is automatically recorded for up to 10 minutes. This allows us to identify any unsafe operations that may have occurred. In the unfortunate event of an accident, we can also pinpoint the cause and support our customers in promptly implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence.

"ConSite Mine Shot" is compatible with iPhone and Android smartphones (excluding tablet devices).

"ConSite Mine Shot" is an application that allows customers and service personnel to take photos of inspection points with their smartphone cameras and automatically generate inspection reports by simply entering comments on the inspection results. Through inspection reports, customers can gain a more accurate understanding of the machine's condition.

Even with periodic oil analysis, there is a risk of missing abnormalities that occur between analysis intervals. At Hitachi Construction Machinery, we have developed a proprietary algorithm and enabled continuous monitoring of oil conditions using oil monitoring sensors.
